The focus is on preparing, observing, planning, making adjustments to improve the quality of care, and sharing the quality improvements.

Module 2: Observe and Plan

You will learn the importance of observing and planning that is required to successfully deliver quality care.

Module 3: Do, Study, Act

You will learn the importance of “Do, Study, and Act” when it comes to providing an excellent quality of care.

Module 4: The Quality Approach in Practice

Overall, the course is designed in such a way that it encompasses the core values required to improve the care PSWs provide.

    • Sarafina…anybody can take this training program however please note that it is not a PSW diploma program. In order to become a Personal Support Worker, you will have to complete the diploma program through a college. Click here to find out which colleges offer PSW programs.
